Seeking Proactive Students for HR Internship
Are you an enthusiastic student pursuing a degree in English, Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field? Are you ready to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship, working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week? Do you aspire to challenge your abilities on diverse projects within the Human Resources Department? If your answer is yes, we invite you to join our team as an HR Intern in C&B and Training & Development.

What will you do?
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to C&B and Training & Development, such as:
- Update HR Data Compulsory Insurance template upon personnel change every month,
- Update new PIT tax code registration, and fix PIT tax code issues
- Participate in HR Docs collection and submission
- Follow-up signatures, docs and contact Managers/Employees for Labor Contract /decision delivery
- Act as first contact point upon telephone call to HR Department
- Support on doing HR data clean-up/standardization
- Other tasks as assigned

- Available for a 6-month full time internship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent at analytical thinking, with strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
- Capable of working independently.
- A person with a high sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
- Creative and good at problem-solving.
- Interested in HR Management System
