ABOUT THE POSITION
The Internal Communicator Manager is responsible for planning and executing internal communication strategies, fostering employee engagement, and organizing internal events to strengthen company culture and ensure smooth information flow across departments.
- Develop and manage internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet,…) to ensure effective information flow across the company.
- Deliver annual plan, monthly plan, project proposal with budget estimation to get approval from direct managers.
- Organize internal events such as Wall of Honor Ceremony, Gala Dinner, Year End Party, Team Building, Company Outing, Christmas, Halloween, … for about 400- 500 pax.
- Directly deal with suppliers, revise contracts, process payments and execute on-event tasks.
- Liaise closely with suppliers and vendors before and on event date to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Assist leadership in crafting and delivering key messages to employees during major changes or announcements.
- Promote corporate values and culture through storytelling, branding, and internal campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of event planning to ensure deadlines and event’s budget as approved.
- Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues to craft and implement creative and logistical aspects of all events.
- Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise.
- Manage and take care all activities clubs & societies of staffs.
- Plan and organize entertainment workshop and work-life balance seminar series.
- Collaborate with other teams in the company to run activities.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality management or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in execution, planning or similar fields.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Interpersonal skills & negotiation skills.
- Proactively engage with work, take initiative in performing tasks.
- Ability to deal with high pressure and solve problems.
- Creativity.
- Culture adaptability.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
