Your Responsibilities
- Build and develop new international markets, starting with Anglo-American regions as Sales markets and EU / ASEAN as product origin
- Identify, acquire, and manage global clients and partners
- Analyze market opportunities and implement sales strategies
- Work closely with our teams in Vietnam and Germany
- Attend trade shows and visit international partners and customers
- Participate in training at our g headquarters
- Build up this new department and coordinate with other departments
Your Profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in international sales, ideally in the food trade sector with existing customer network
- Fluent in English; Vietnamese and German are a plus
- Confident user of MS365 tools
- Strong communication, negotiation and soft skills
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and hands-on mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently and work across cultures
- Identify new business opportunities
