Job Description
- Shipment tracking support, deliveries and inventory follow up.
- Maintain master data and proceed logistics operation on SAP as per source planner’s instruction.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports of deliveries and inventories as per supervisor’s request.
- Other admin tasks assigned by manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Preferable student in last semester in university related to Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.
- Motivated in learning from work.
- Active in asking & responding to assignments.
- Adaptive to team's working environment & company culture.
- Willing to receive feedback & take improving actions accordingly.
- Have a mindset that it is necessary to report unknown things/matters.
- Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities.
