We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join our global IT operations. You will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting accounts, systems, and devices for our international subsidiaries. The role requires strong collaboration with local IT teams in different countries to standardize IT policies and resolve system-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and manage accounts and tools including Google Workspace (Gmail), Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and other platforms for subsidiaries.
- Remotely manage macOS and Windows devices via MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with IT teams of each subsidiary to align on configuration, support end-user issues, and enforce policies.
- Deploy and maintain endpoint device policies including encryption, firewall, anti-virus, and password rules.
- Support requests related to software installation, account access, hardware configuration, and security compliance.
- Track, log, and improve IT support processes using a ticketing system like Jira Service Management.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, GitHub, VPN, and both macOS and Windows environments.
- Hands-on experience with at least one MDM system (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, etc.).
- Strong logical thinking, proactive attitude, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
