- Represent the Urgo company and its range of products to healthcare professionals to achieve the objectives and ambitions shared by the company.
- Commercial Strategy: Plan and implement tailored strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase market share for MT channels nationwide.
- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth. Negotiate to get yearly contract/trading terms with customers to maximize given budget.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust action plans accordingly for the Modern Trade channel.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other stakeholders to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Handle regular required reports for keeping track and development purposes.
- Other projects/assignments related to the common goals.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience with pharmacy chain/modern trade channels.
Experience in Medical Device/Wound care products is a plus.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capacity to analyze sales data and develop recommendations based on results.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trustful relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within the team.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-starter, capable of working in a constantly evolving environment, with an inquiring mind, a willingness to accept challenges.
- Languages: Good command of English skills is a plus.
