- Manage and assign tasks for 20-40 operators.
- Train and audit operator about test skill.
- Record tool test issue and make test report.
- Control material in shift - Risk assessment in test area.

- Knowledge: Can use measurement equipment (caliper, oscilloscope, dial indicator, force gauge, digital torque) - Knowledge on power tool
- Specialized Skills: Employee management - Office computing skill - Communication skill - Problem solving skill
- Other Skill: Basic English (reading, writing)
