Job Description
You will be based in Vietnam reporting directly to Regional Manager of LPP, Industry and digital consulting, functionally to Country Manager of Vietnam. The Large Project Pursuit Leader manages main sales opportunities considered strategic to Rockwell Automation. You will use industry and financial business knowledge to create demand and persuade through the development/ presentation of compelling purchasing rationales in a environment. Viewed as an elite sales leader by our organization and in the market, the Pursuit Leader guides strategic deals to closure.
The Large Project Pursuit Leader sets the strategic goals and winning strategy for pursuits working together with the local account team and regional/global several function team.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead main strategy sales opportunities in Vietnam across all focus industries of Vietnam.
Partner and collaborate with regional LPP team to target specific industry opportunities pursue.
Develop large project opportunities and increase large project funnel by early engagement with important partners in the project ecosystem.
Develop and engage targeted EPCs and Consultants to position Rockwell as their partners in projects.
Lead main opportunities pursue with CRM tools, cadences, win strategy call to increase win rate.
Work with “C” level Executives and senior management both internal to RA and with major clients.
Establish and maintain relationships at an executive level with target accounts and engage with Rockwell team leadership, field sales and RA distributors to ensure pursuit execution.
Partner and collaborate with the sales team on important opportunities to lead the full portfolio of Rockwell Automation products, services, solutions.
Define the value proposition for opportunity, also the “influence plan” for main ecosystem such as End-user, Consultant, and EPC's levels to provide a winning proposal is submitted.
Customize multi-product, multi-vendor solutions from the Rockwell portfolio and our partner network to deliver economic contribution to main pursue.
Support the bidding and pricing strategy, including the solution and delivery model.
Support the negotiations and facilitate obtaining management approvals for bid investments, bid approvals, contacts terms and conditions (T&Cs) and pricing.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing with technical experience in the industrial automation or electrical or software field.
Typically 8 or more years of field sales and marketing experiences in industrial automation, electrical or software field.
Typically 4 or more years of experiences in the large/complex project pursue in industrial automation, electrical or software field.
Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and work with a variety of people required.
Experienced sales professional with track record leading large project pursuits involving complex technology solution and services across entire project ecosystem such as End User, EPC, Consultant.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Available to work in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and travel across Vietnam.
Influence, experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects required.
