(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)The Livestream Technician manages setup, quality control, and troubleshooting for livestream events. This role ensures smooth, high-quality broadcasts by operating equipment, monitoring performance, and resolving issues. Ideal candidates are proactive, skilled, and adaptable, with flexibility in hours and local travel. Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare, configure, and operate livestream equipment, including cameras, audio systems, lighting, mixers, encoders and streaming software.
- Monitor audio and video signals throughout the broadcast to ensure optimal quality and adjust settings as needed.
- Oversee and monitor live broadcasts, quickly identifying and resolving technical issues in real time.
- Work closely with content creators, producers, and other team members to execute the vision and ensure a smooth livestream experience.
- Maintain records of livestreams, equipment usage, and technical performance.
- Research optimization, technical upgrade of livestream sessions.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree at a related field.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in Livestreaming or Event Production technology.
Skills:
- Proactive, hardworking, flexible, willing to learn, creative and friendly.
- Proficiency with livestream hardware (e.g., cameras, switchers, microphones, lightings) and software (e.g., vMix, OBS, TikTok Studio, vMix is a plus).
- Always catch the trends on popular social networks such as Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- Knowledge of streaming protocols, network requirements, and platform specifications is an advantage.
- Able to adapt to dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Able to travel within HCMC to various Livestream locations.
- Able to work flexible work hours according to the timing of livestream sessions.
