Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in CNC precision machining, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of CNC precision machining processes, tooling, and materials.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex operations, and drive continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Proficiency in manufacturing CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, or ERP systems. Experience managing budgets and cost reduction initiatives.
1. Production Management
Quality products in plan produced with the most cost efficiency, including but not limit.
• Manage and deploy resources (human, machineries, materials, energy) efficiently to meet the production schedule.
• Deliver products/services committed to the internal or external customers at the right time, cost, quality, and responsiveness to support their plans
• Submit budget, control the performance to ensure the budget (headcount, productivity, overtime, absenteeism & expense) is met
• Leadership responsibility for strategic and tactical
manufacturing planning, quality improvement, cost
reductions, productivity, and process improvements,
equipment and automation development and growth
and profitability
• Lead production team to review forecast and sale order on ERP to plan for short- and long-term consumable, tool and headcount.
• Support facility upgrade and layout change to suitable for short- and long-term operation
2. Quality Control & Production Support
Quality products and services delivered to customers with fully satisfy, including but not limit.
• Understand sufficiently and correctly products requirements.
• Compliance to quality control plan, system from end-to-end process to ensure product quality meet customer requirement
• Investigate to support responding quickly and accurately, effectively to customers
• QMS Compliance.
• Provide coaching, training to team for solving problem on time and select right solution
• Work with multiple sources to do trouble shooting and fix process, quality, and machine issue.
• Lead team to do corrective action and preventive action for failure analysis returned form customer
