- Serve as the main administrative support for the sales team.
- Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate and organize offline marketing events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Manage the inventory and distribution of marketing materials and sales kits.
- Process and track sales orders and customer inquiries.
- Assist with reporting and data entry in our CRM system.

- Some experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
