Basic Functions:
Responsible for developing and implementing hotel marketing plans, activities, social media initiatives and regular maintenance of facebook and other accounts. Assist with the administration of communication, contracts, proposals, product partnership dealings and other partner-bound interactions for marketing and PR purposes.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
1. In charge of developing, implementing and managing our social media activities, updates, package and product deployment and exposure, website content maintenance and updates.
2. Efficiently, effectively and accurately process documentation, communication, administration of office and marketing team needs.
3. Coordinate, organize and keep a clean schedule and calendar of internal and external marketing, digital marketing and PR team activities and meetings and the hotel yearly marketing calendars.
4. Assist in the management and deployment of hotel marketing initiatives and all marketing related activities such as photo-shooting scheduling, preparation of hotel grounds for events, etc.,
5. Must be able to work independently and be well rounded in design and marketing skills.
6. Responsible to engage and improve hotel’s reach on social media channels.
7. Utilize hotel established templates to respond correctly to guest complaints.
8. Utilize hotel photography equipment to take promotion photos for social media ad’s on occasion.
