We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive (Digital/Content Planning) to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on digital marketing initiatives and content strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong digital know-how, and the ability to translate marketing goals into compelling content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, paid ads, and SEO/SEM.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage PPC, display advertising, and paid social campaigns.
Optimize digital campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI and engagement.
Content Planning & Strategy
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand, marketing, and business goals.
Create, edit, and manage high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, social media content, e-newsletters, case studies, video scripts) for different stages of the marketing funnel.
Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging.
Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to produce relevant content that supports brand and lead generation goals.
Brand & Campaign Support
Support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions with relevant content and digital strategies.
Assist in identifying content gaps and opportunities through competitor analysis and market research.
Stay current with industry trends, digital innovations, and platform updates to inform strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CMS, SEO tools).
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various content formats.
Basic knowledge of HTML, SEO best practices, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
