I. MAJOR FUNCTIONLead the planning and execution of marketing strategies for anime, kid animation, and comic content across digital platforms. This role requires a strong passion for anime, knowledge of AI applications in content distribution, and team leadership skills.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing & Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and branding strategies for assigned products and channels (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, POPS App, etc.).
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Build campaigns across the full marketing mix: content development, PR, media, trade marketing, and social community engagement.
- Apply AI tools in content planning, creation, and distribution.
Execution & Campaign Management:
- Lead digital campaigns and track performance regularly, adjusting strategies for better outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends and market behavior to optimize campaigns.
- Generate post-campaign reports and propose next-phase development.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (PR, Production, Data, Licensing, IDMS) to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage internal/external partners involved in brand execution.
Team Management:
- Supervise, mentor, and guide junior team members to deliver results.
- Track KPI, workload, and ensure best practices across the team.
- Manage marketing budgets and track team-level expenditures.
- Continuously explore new tools and marketing strategies to enhance performance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Manager.
III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- University/College graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, including at least 1 year in a team lead role.
- Proven track record in digital content marketing for online platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong YouTube
- Strong passion and knowledge in anime is a must.
- Familiarity with AI in content workflows is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of Vietnam’s digital and social media landscape.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong creative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and enthusiasm.
- Skills in Adobe Premiere and/or Photoshop are a plus.
- Knowledge of merchandise development is a plus.
