1. Primarily manual searching and alerting, as the system often pulls data late or misses posts. Additionally, the employee will access Pulsar domain to support data checking.
2. Monitor and check for negative mentions of the client across social media platforms, including:
- Facebook: including pages, groups, and users
- Online news sites
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Forums
- X (formerly Twitter)
- Apple Store
- Google Play Store
- Company review sites
- And other platforms upon client request
3. Send alerts to the client via email and SMS if any negative mentions are found, using the required format.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Public Holidays: 8:00 AM – 11:30 PM (with holiday allowance)
