Job Description
Lead the operations in store, including operating cost, manpower plan, area management, shelf organizing, product preparation, and performance development to ensure gross sales
Monitor communication with buying and merchandising to ensure effective coordination
Prepare and complete online store orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. (load, pack, wrap, label, ship and deliver.) Receiving goods from
Distribution Center.
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain a fully stocked store and keep up to date with product information.
Follow all companies’ policies and procedures.
