- Conduct trials and assess the feasibility of formulations and processes.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes in accordance with practical conditions.
- Draft related documents such as SOPs, MFs, BMRs, research reports and Validation reports
- Support technology transfer and pilot production implementation.
- Assess product stability during the research process.
- Comply with GMP, GSP, GLP regulations and relevant legal requirements.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Prepared documents and took part in Process validation and cleaning validation tasks. validation activities.'
- Coordinate with the production department to resolve issues arising during manufacturing.
- Propose improvements to formulations and manufacturing processes to enhance product quality.
- Train and mentor new employees in research and development tasks.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Prepare and present consolidated reports on R&D activities as required by the Plant Director.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to provide research information supporting the plant’s product development strategy.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical research and development is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GMP, GSP, GLP, and related standards.
- Analytical skills, data evaluation, and research planning capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Document drafting and research reporting skills.
- High work ethic, seriousness, responsibility, meticulousness, and attention to detail in performing tasks.
- Preference for candidates with English reading comprehension skills.
