Core responsibilities
The Project Manager (PM) role is a critical part of the Novelty Development process, focusing on delivering key SMP, Automation, and Improvement projects for Packing, from the initiation phase through to the delivery/closing phase. The Project Manager primarily collaborates on projects involving planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing, while providing clear communication to stakeholders (both global and local).

Project Manager mostly collaborate in projects linked with the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing with providing information to stakeholder (global and local).
Deliver and support multiple projects on brief, on time, and within the agreed budget, using appropriate project management methodologies to ensure successful completion.
Track project timelines, tasks, deliverables, and dependencies across all projects.
Coordinate and schedule tasks across platforms based on input from multiple stakeholders.
Identify and manage risks, effectively communicating them to team members and escalating larger concerns to project stakeholders as needed.
Facilitate meetings with a wide range of stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and review work, providing support to the team as needed.
Provide status reports to all team members to align expectations for current and upcoming projects.
Ensure clear, concise communication with all recipients to facilitate accurate and timely project execution.
Handle conflicts and negotiations with some guidance.
Work independently with advanced knowledge; tasks are assigned with limited or no explanation.
May manage ad-hoc projects or processes with support from senior colleagues.
Do you have what it takes
At least 4 years of experience in equipment management or a similar role.
At least years of project management experience.
Degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
Experience in machine excellence and improvement.
Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) projects is a plus.
Interest in modern technologies and innovative consumer trends.
Proactive, ambitious, and persistent.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D models).
Willingness to travel frequently for business.
