What you will do
- Proactively gain understandings of Zalo’s Solutions: Deeply understand Zalo’s suite of business solutions (Official Account, Mini App, Mini shop, etc.), including onboarding processes, operational workflows, and strategic use cases;
- Account Onboarding & Supporting: Verify and support new and existing accounts, store accurate records of documents in compliance with internal and external requirements;
- Data-Driven Insights: Track key metrics, create reports for business analysis;
- Process Innovation & Automation: Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose solution to enhance operational effectiveness;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to monitor, coordinate, and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for partners and users;
- Regulatory & Documentation Compliance: Maintain accurate records of documents and official dispatches in compliance with internal and external requirements;
- Strategic Partnership Support: have the chance to assist in growth-related activities (meetings/proposals/events/PR activities..).
What you will need
- Consulting/ customer service experience will be prefered;
- Effective communication, integrity, logical & systematic mindset;
- Hard working and eager to learn;
- Sociable and patient in work;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
- Accept Freshers with high willing.
