We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth through high-impact co-marketing programs with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and Technology Partners.
This role will be responsible for building and executing scalable campaigns and partner programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution from our ecosystem partners. You will be the go-to partner marketing resource across the organization—collaborating closely with Partner Sales, Alliances, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to launch co-branded campaigns, GTM content, and enablement initiatives that convert joint value into revenue.
What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Quarterly Planning & Tiered Strategy:
Collaborate with the Partner Alliances team to define and execute quarterly marketing plans tailored to various partner tiers (e.g., GSIs, RSIs, Tech Partners), aligned to pipeline and growth goals.
- Joint Campaign Execution:
Plan and launch joint co-marketing initiatives including webinars, solution briefs, case studies, digital campaigns, and co-branded assets that support mutual demand generation objectives.
- Performance Tracking & Insights:
Track and analyze partner marketing KPIs—such as partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, co-branded asset performance, and campaign-generated leads. Deliver actionable insights to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
- Partner Experience & Enablement:
Build and maintain partner-specific landing pages and nurture workflows in collaboration with digital ops. Ensure partners are equipped with marketing toolkits, messaging, and content to drive campaign success.
- Strategic GTM Alignment:
Partner with the GTM Lead to integrate partner campaigns into broader go-to-market motions, ensuring consistent messaging, audience targeting, and revenue alignment.
- Relationship Building & Partner Value:
Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic relationships with key industry partners. Ensure every co-marketing activity delivers measurable business value and strengthens long-term collaboration.
- Brand Consistency & Creative Oversight:
Act as a brand guardian for Katalon, ensuring all partner-led marketing efforts align with our visual identity, tone of voice, and campaign calendar.
- Innovation & Value Maximization:
Develop and present compelling partner campaign proposals that maximize joint investment, while identifying opportunities for creative storytelling, differentiation, and partner innovation.
- Cross-functional Campaign Execution:
Work with campaign activation stakeholders to ensure seamless handovers from planning to execution. Drive operational excellence by aligning on briefs, timelines, and feedback loops.
- Budget Management & Planning:
Own and manage co-brand campaign budgets, ensuring marketing programs meet ROI targets. Collaborate with partners on annual and quarterly planning, proactively identifying risks and securing partner investment on schedule.
Key Objectives
- Accelerate Partner-Sourced Pipeline Growth
Lead the development and execution of strategic co-marketing programs with GSIs, RSIs, and technology partners to drive net-new pipeline and revenue. Collaborate with Partner Alliances and Sales to define tier-based marketing priorities that convert joint value into measurable business outcomes.
- Develop Scalable Partner Enablement Programs
Build repeatable partner marketing playbooks and enablement resources tailored to partner tiers and maturity levels. Ensure partners are equipped with the messaging, content, and tools needed to effectively promote joint solutions and campaigns.
- Integrate Partner Campaigns into Core GTM Strategy
Align partner marketing initiatives with company-wide go-to-market motions across demand generation, product marketing, and sales. Ensure joint campaigns reinforce strategic launches, vertical plays, and audience-specific messaging.
- Foster Strategic Partner Relationships with Marketing Impact: Act as the marketing lead for key partners—building trusted relationships, maximizing marketing investment, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration. Proactively drive planning, execution, and post-program optimization to ensure mutual success.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B experience in partner marketing, strategic partnerships, or client-facing roles within global or international organizations, with 4+ years specifically focused on partner marketing initiatives.
