We’re seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic People Operations Collaborator to join our HR team.
What you will do
- As a People Operations Collaborator, you will support our HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations;
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general workplace information;
- Update complete and accurate personnel information on the HR System;
- Assist in operating HR processes and procedures such as onboarding, offboarding, internal transfer, contract renewal, performance review, etc;
- Support HRBP in delivering HR projects/ activities to develop talent and engage employees;
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure smooth HR operations.
What you will need
- Final-year student, fresh graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources; previous internship or 6-month experience in HR or related fields is a plus;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Detail-oriented, multitasking and capable of handling confidential information;
- Proactive and eager to learn, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
