Job Description:
Personal Assistance:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain confidential documents and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
Translation and Interpretation:
- Translate documents, emails, and other written materials between Chinese, English, and Vietnamese.
- Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, conferences, and business discussions.
- Ensure that translations are accurate and reflect the intended meaning.
Liaison and Communication:
- Act as the key point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with cross-cultural communication to facilitate business operations.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle correspondence, prepare invoices, and process expense claims.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Assist in event planning and execution when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Language Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in a PA, executive assistant, or translator role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
