MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Support in training, coaching, and evaluating the performance of housekeeping team members.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linen; ensure proper usage and stock levels.
Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to handle room status updates, guest requests, and maintenance issues.
Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing daily task assignments.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
Act as the department head in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Diploma or higher education in Hospitality Management or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, hotel PMS – Opera
English proficiency (basic to intermediate, depending on hotel standards).
