Context

Planning Lead – NPI is responsible:
- Achieving business priorities and promoting excellent in performance
- Aiming to define a common language
- Fostering cross-functional understanding and cooperation
Internal stakeholders: Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning (MPS, MRP, DRP), Techno, Warehouse, Brewing, Customer service, finance and Procurement
External stakeholders: (Material) Suppliers and 3rd Party Logistics Providers
Purpose of the job
Own and facilitate the execution of the end to end planning process according to the global Heineken standard and ensures that all new product innovations are launched OTIF at an optimum cost.

Project Management
Lead NPI projects and manage cross-functional communication, drive decision-making, risk mitigation and feasibility checks, while balancing against the existing product/NPI portfolio
NPI launching OTIF
NPI Process
Manage relevant stakeholders in a way that builds structural and effective engagement in the NPI process
Contributes to embedding the Global Innovation Process across functions
Scenario Planning
Translate different NPI volume scenarios into Supply Chain impact (e.g. capacity bottlenecks) from an end to-end Supply Chain and cost point of view
Compliance of all relevant stakeholders to the S&OP process.
Monitoring Planning Parameters
Identify gaps between actual and required performance and discusses and updates planning parameters accordingly (NPI OTIF).
Improved planning performance.
TPM and Continuous Improvement
- Initiate, implement and embed improvements to production and supply planning processes and procedures and supports TPM initiatives.
- Be a pillar member to implement and drive improvements
Reduced losses (TPM)
Improved processes and procedures.
Communication
Communicate and influence the relevant stakeholders on the various plans and their impact.
Stakeholders are timely informed to take appropriate action.
Quality of Information
- Ensure all relevant data for the S&OP process is delivered timely and accurately, in line with the Heineken standard data sets.
- Monitor data quality and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.
- The S&OP deck (expressing both volume and value) is equipped with high quality input and output data.
- One common and accurate S&OP deck (expressing both volume and value) used for preparation and discussions in S&OP process
Knowledge and Experience

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Logistics, Finance, Business Administration
Experiences/skills
- 5-10 years of experience with at least 2-3 years in similar roles (NPI Planning)
- Demand & Supply Planning skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & influencing skills
- Good data analytical skills (VBA / Power Query / Power BI…)
Languages
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
