- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage a team of department heads, providing guidance and support to meet operational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role within the electronic or mechanical sectors.
- Proven track record of managing production teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
