RESPONSIBILITIES:
The PR Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations and marketing initiatives to enhance Savills brand reputation and market presence. This role requires a dynamic and innovative professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in PR and marketing, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. The PR Marketing Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful communications that support the company's business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and marketing strategies that align with Savills business goals.
- Define key objectives, KPIs, and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
2. Public Relations:
- Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Manage media outreach, including drafting press releases, organizing press conferences, and preparing media kits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and act as the company spokesperson when necessary.
3. Marketing Communications:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication materials.
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to promote Savills' services and offerings.
- Working closely with different stakeholders to ensure marketing activities align with the business' goals
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to protect the company's reputation.
- Provide timely and effective communication during communication issues.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of PR and marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
6. Internal Communications:
- Enhance internal communication strategies to improve employee engagement and information dissemination.
- Collaborate with HR to develop communication initiatives that support company culture and employee satisfaction.
7. Event Management:
- Plan and execute corporate events, including product launches, press events, and industry conferences.
- Ensure events are aligned with the company's brand and communication objectives.
8. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR and marketing technologies.
- Use insights to refine and optimize communication strategies.
9. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the PR and marketing budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on communication activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelors in PR, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years in PR and marketing, preferably in real estate. Proven success in strategy development, media relations, content creation, and team management.
- Skills:
- Leadership and team management.
- Strong media relations, strategic thinking, and crisis communication.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and event management.
- Budget management experience.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of PR tools, social media management, and Microsoft Office.
