Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: 15 - 20 triệu VNĐ)

Responsible for commercial support (sales function):

  • Handling customer inquiries & complaints.
  • RFQ (Tender) Management & on-line bidding if required.
  • Ad hoc quotation handling.
  • Contract renewal.
  • Acting as a key customer contact for pricing & coordinate with the subsidiaries of SF & external sources/venders for the scheduling & shipping if needed.
  • Assist with the subsidiaries of SF & external sources/venders to smoothen the operation if needed.
  • Monthly sales (revenue) report preparation.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of international trade, transportation & the relevant laws, regulations, process & procedures;
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (4 skills)

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of working experience in the logistics industry with an operational background
  • Those who also have experience in sales admin/key account will be highly considered first

  • Complete customers’ inquiries timely & accurately
  • Provide high-quality service to the clients & whilst keeping a reasonable relationship with them.
