Work Location: Cu Chi
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational efficiency across production lines by identifying and eliminating losses and waste.
- Apply tools and methods from AM, PM, FI, and QC pillars to improve line performance.
- Develop and implement technical standards to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production.
- Train operators on technical standards and restoration activities to maintain machinery and equipment in optimal condition.
- Identify and share best practices across different production lines.
- Ensure the accuracy and effective use of the MMP (Manufacturing Management Platform) data system.
- Collaborate with the plant engineering team to implement automation and digital transformation projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of ideal production systems and operational principles.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective operational standards.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
