Procurement Officer

Material Procurement & Follow-up

• Monitor and follow up on material demands for production.

• Source and order materials required for the factory.

• Track order progress with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Supplier Development & Market Research

• Identify and qualify new suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure competitive advantage.

• Monitor raw material market fluctuations to control supplier pricing.

Outsourcing Coordination

• Issue purchase orders for outsourced processes (e.g., coating, plating, machining, etc.).

• Follow up on outsourced processing to ensure quality and delivery schedules are met.

Supplier Quality Management

• Issue Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) to suppliers and provide explanations of non-conformance issues.

• Negotiate material cost refunds or replacements for non-conforming goods.

• Collaborate with the Quality Department to assess supplier performance.

Reporting & Other Duties

• Prepare and submit reports to the Head of Department.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

At least 2–3 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or supply chain operations (preferably in manufacturing).

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and outsourced services (coating, plating, machining, etc.).

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system experience is an advantage.

Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
