We are seeking innovative companions for the role of Product Executive. This role will be among the enthusiasts of Zalo Official Account – a B2B2C communication platform on Zalo. The ideal candidate would have a solid skill set in product development, a data-driven mindset, and a can-do attitude to perform multiple tasks.
As a Product Executive for OA Core Communication, you will contribute to researching and measuring user behavior to propose features and integrated solutions that effectively support the communication flow between businesses and their customers on the Zalo platform.

What you will do
- Responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing features that drive the growth of OA communication solutions, specified in Call and Chat between businesses and their customers, consult API integration solution for large business;
- Drive the product development process, from ideation, and visible working plan, to launch and continuous improvement;
- Monitor & identify customer needs and business opportunities to enhance the overall customer satisfaction;
- Conduct market & competitors research to decide proper actions;
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and cross-functional teams: developers, operations, business intelligence, business development to ensure the success of goals;
- Support key accounts/ partners in system integration solutions.
What you will need
- At least 2 years of experience in product development. Be familiar with working processes and tools in domain;
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset;
- Experience in communication platform, integration, or/and automation will be a big plus;
- Have knowledge in APIs application and technical is an advantage;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Good English skills: writing & speaking (we work with businesses from other countries).
