Job Title: Project Manager – Food & Beverage Sector

Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning to execution—for F&B initiatives such as process automation, new product launches, facility upgrades, or market expansions. This role demands alignment with production, regulatory, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams (production, QC, procurement, engineering, marketing)
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. food safety, HACCP, local regulations)
- Develop status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage supplier and vendor coordination
- Achieve quality, cost, and timeline goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related)
- 3–7 years of project management experience, in F&B manufacturing or hospitality
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification (preferred)
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Pay: Up to 34,043,750₫ per month
