Job Purpose

Support the Project Owner in managing and coordinating end-to-end supply chain operations, including import/export, domestic transportation, warehousing, and documentation, ensuring timely execution and operational efficiency across all logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Coordination

  • Monitor and follow up on the progress of import/export shipments; handle issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate domestic deliveries with transportation providers and track delivery status.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to manage inbound/outbound activities and inventory levels.
  • Track container status, booking confirmations, vessel schedules, and delivery timelines.

2. Documentation & System Handling

  • Prepare, review, and archive logistics-related documents.
  • Support customs clearance processes by providing necessary documents on time.
  • Maintain accuracy in ERP/WMS or other internal systems.

3. Project Support

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task execution in line with project timelines.
  • Compile progress reports, identify risks, and suggest improvements.
  • Facilitate communication between the Project Owner and clients, suppliers, and logistics service providers.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between internal departments and external partners (freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, warehouses, etc.).
  • Assist in cost negotiation and service provider coordination when required.
  • Address ad-hoc requests and ensure smooth communication between all involved parties.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
  • Good understanding of import/export procedures, domestic transport, warehousing, and related documents.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets; experience with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
  • Good English for communication and reading logistics documents.

Location: Depend on business requirement. ( 20 Thong Nhat Blvd Song Than 2 IZ Di An Ward, Di An District, Binh Duong Province OR Pico Cong Hoa, 20 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh) District)

Working time: Mon-Sat (Sat working schedule depend on business requirement)
