We are looking for a QC Collaborator to join our Zalo Games team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our games by thoroughly testing features and identifying issues before release.
What you will do
- Test game features and mechanics to ensure smooth gameplay and proper functionality;
- Detect and report bugs related to graphics, gameplay logic, UI/UX, and performance;
- Write and execute detailed test cases for new features and updates;
- Track and verify bug fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved;
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to provide constructive feedback;
- Continuously improve testing processes and stay up-to-date with new tools and methodologies;
- Contribute to enhancing overall player experience and product quality.
What you will need
- At least 1 year of experience in testing (including writing test cases and managing bug reports), domain game prefer;
- Passion for games, especially mobile gaming;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Proactive, responsible, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
