I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support inspection/appraisal issues at the store
- Check food hygiene and safety at GS 25 stores.
- Guide and check to ensure the store complies with the regulations, processes and quality standards of products and services of GS25.
- Detect errors and provide troubleshooting instructions below the store. Immediately report to superiors when detecting serious errors.
- Find out the cause and troubleshoot when there are complaints from the store and customers.
- Evaluate, score statistics and report bugs at the store every week and every month.
- Report directly to the QC manager about problems occurring at the store every week.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by QC Team Leader
- Make periodical as well as ad-hoc report on quality control (if any)
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Education and Knowledge
- Graduated from a relevant University or College.
2. Experience
- Minimum 06 months working in quality assurance / quality control in the F&B/ Retail. 2.
- Have knowledge on standards of quality systems in food area (GMP/HACCP/ ISO22000...) is a plus
3. Skills and Abilities
- Logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Communication skills, time management skills;
- Proficient in office computer and statistical tools.

- Willingness to move according to job requirements
