Develop and maintain the Quality Management System.
Oversee quality inspection processes from raw materials to finished products.
Identify defects in the production process and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct training sessions for staff on quality regulations and product inspection procedures.
Guide teams to improve production processes to enhance product quality and minimize defects.
Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure quality requirements are implemented.
Handle quality-related requests from customers and ensure product compliance.
Supervise raw material suppliers to ensure materials meet international quality standards.
Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO, AQL, etc.).
Monitor certifications and conduct regular audits.
Analyze quality data and prepare quality reports for management.
Resolve customer complaints regarding quality and recommend improvements.
Address quality issues during production.
Ensure effective communication with international teams.
Travel to factories in other countries for audits, inspections, and training.
Yêu cầu
Experience and knowledge in the garment industry.
Understanding of production processes, materials, and quality inspection tools.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Garment Technology, or related fields.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Capable of leading and training staff, managing multicultural teams.
Proficient in international quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AQL, and other relevant quality standards.
Strong analytical skills to resolve quality issues and continuously improve production processes.
