Responsibilities
- Define test requirements and objectives with understanding various test scenarios and configurations for high-quality testing.
- Take ownership of product quality by performing all types of functional and non-functional testing as needed.
- Build and script repeatable end-to-end system tests with a focus on automation.
- Support regression testing in a cloud-based continuous delivery environment.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and document test failures for communication to the appropriate development team.
- Document test cases and steps as part of the testing process.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product owners, and DevOps to ensure proper test coverage.
- Innovate testing tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the field.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in manual testing for web-based and mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
- Basic knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL queries.
- Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium and Appium is a plus.
- Basic skills in creating and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases/scripts.
- Collaborative nature with a strong desire to learn independently and through asking questions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize issues in a fast-paced work environment.
