The opportunity: Receptionist - Hanoi Office
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible in answering the switchboard and ensuring that the contacts are directed to the appropriate personnel
- Ensure the reception area is attended at all times during office hours
- Ensure that the meeting rooms are tidy at all times
- Screen all clients/ visitors and make sure that all guests are escorted to the meeting rooms and offered with drinks
- Take messages and forward these immediately to the appropriate recipients
- Treat all office matters with the utmost confidentiality
- Handle other duties as assigned by management (taxi reconciliation, meeting room booking, greeting flower booking, handle incoming/outgoing mail, etc)
To qualify for the role you must have
- Good communication skills and good command of spoken English
- Good computer literacy (MS Word/Excel/Power Point)
- Proactive and well-organized
- Conscientious, service and customer-oriented
- Result-oriented
- Able to work under pressure
What we look for
Fresh graduates with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree or having 1 -2 years’ experience in receptionist.
