(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)This position is responsible for supporting sales planning and operations by collecting customer needs, managing sales forecasts (FCs) and purchase orders (POs), coordinating with customers, relevant departments, and executing sales and marketing support activities to achieve business goals.
Essential Job Functions
- Support sales activities through customer follow-up, performance analysis, and regular visits; support customers to achieve the target of sales volume;
- Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve market conflicts, and manage promotions and budgets
- Prepare price reviews, quotations, and contracts; coordinate technical support and handle customer issues.
- Execute and report on sales promotion programs.
- Collect customer needs, develop new products, and manage FCs/POs with accurate forecasting.
- Monitor inventory, import plans, and coordinate delivery priorities with logistics and factory teams.
- Control payment risks, process sales contracts, and manage events, training, and exhibitions.
- Track production and label updates, prepare inventory and sales reports, and handle promotion program registration.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or relevant fields.
- Over 2~3 years of experience in sales tasks, sales planning, sales admin, sales support or order management of visible products.
- Experience in chemicals is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point.
- Ability to read, analyze general business documents and to write business correspondence and procedure manuals in Vietnamese and English. Japanese is a Plus.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as good teamwork skill.
- Good team spirit and independently; willingness to cooperate cross-functionally.
