- Support sales team to handle sales enquiries and quotations
- Make sale contract
- Meeting with customers
- Coordinate with technical teams to support sales activities
- Manage vendor contracts
- Support payment documents
- Follow up the project status
- Prepare sales reports
- Customer service tasks
2. Office Administration
- Assist in office management and documentation
- General administration tasks (office supplies, stationery, facilities management)
- Maintain and update employee records/ Annual leave
- Support recruitment and on-/off-boarding processes
- Prepare and support in government reports and submissions related to HR and administration
- Job related to Tax
- Other jobs as required by GD/Supervisor
