(Mức lương: 20 - 25 triệu VNĐ)- Set and ensure business goals for the fiscal year and deploy for the sales team to work towards the set goals. Plan and execute budget estimates.
- Take care of customers and regularly collect feedback on customer satisfaction.
- Develop new business through different information channels, Collect and evaluate information about competitors, customers, and the market, Sell by direct contact, Call to sell. Guide sales staff to do the same.
- Manage sales team: recruit, train, and improve capacity, encourage, and regularly evaluate sales staff.
- Administrative management: Manage sales office administration, advise the Board of Directors on sales activities, and develop new products and new industries.
- Report sales activities and departmental performance goals to the Board of Directors.

- Bachelor's degree in any major
- English ability: able to work in English (TOEIC 700 or higher or equivalent).
- 3 years or more experience in a manager/leader position, already managed a sales team.
