YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Collaborate with the Line Manager to define quarterly and annual business strategies and targets for the Advertising team, ensuring goals are met or surpassed
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with top advertisers (CPI/CPA/CPL), offering them tailored advice and global best practices
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiating deals with both existing and prospective advertisers
- Partner with the Affiliate Team to uncover and activate new revenue channels (CPI/CPA/CPL)
- Produce regular performance reports, forecasts, and margin analyses to guide strategy and execution
- Represent the company at global industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Assist Line Manager to mentor junior level staff and provide them with training, information and advice
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or Affiliate Marketing
- Strong understanding of traffic types and performance outcomes, with solid knowledge of CPA, CPL, and CPI business models
- Proven success in consistently surpassing sales targets in a goal-oriented environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and good negotiation skill to secure profitable partnerships, meeting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Sharp analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in building reports and tables using Google Sheets and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, HasOffers, Cake, Voluum) is a plus
