- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
- Market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Work with production team to develop products as customers requirements
- Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales teams to meet sales objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the flexible plastic packaging industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English skills.
