- Checking with other department to make quotation
- Making contract to the client
- Warehouse management
- Support admin tasks.
- Other taskes will be asked by manager

- English: Intermediate level
- Knowledge of international trade (L/C, Purchase Order (PO), Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Incoterms, Warehouse, etc.)
- Ownership attitude / Proactive and self-motivated
- Functional excellence / High professional capability
- Interpersonal effectiveness / Ability to build friendly and effective relationships

- Having experience in support for foreigners to apply visa, work permit
- Having experience as Sales support cum Admin staff.
