SECUTIX is an industry-leading entertainment ticketing software. Our product is used by the largest sports clubs, live events, museums, and the greatest world sports tournaments. We are looking for a qualified Salesforce Developer to join our Customer Service team, whose mission is to contribute to maintaining and administering our Salesforce platform.
Your responsibilities
- Participate in the software development life cycle using agile methodologies
- Support business requirements to address all the CRM needs
- Contribute to documenting Salesforce platform, such as user guides, specifications.
- Build Salesforce Flow automations to streamline CRM processes and third-party integrations.
- Design and customize dashboards and reports to deliver business insights.
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce instance, including user access, security settings, and application configurations.
- Configure Salesforce CRM with custom objects, fields, and permissions to support multiple teams and business needs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical solutions based on requirements.
- Prepare technical designs and effort estimates to support project planning.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to manage and optimize CRM administration.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering or related.
- Salesforce Certified Developer I
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Salesforce platform administration
- Experienced with Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service and Experience Cloud, SalesForce Flow, and other OOTB features.
- Strong time management skills, able to identify and prioritize urgent and critical requests
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English

- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Experienced in Data Studio / Tableau / CRM Analytics
