Position:
We are seeking an innovative, experienced and hands-on Salesforce Developer to develop custom solutions for our Salesforce platform. OPSWAT is committed to leveraging automation, tighter application integration, and AI to drive business growth across departments like Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and Legal. This role will be crucial in partnering with Digital Transformation and other platform teams to achieve these goals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to optimize business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Maintain documentation for technical solutions, system configurations, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in Salesforce development.
What We Need From You:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Component and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, The Ant, Github, Migration Tool etc.).
- Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
- Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce governor limits.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features and recommend improvements to enhance functionality.
- Must have Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent experience).
- Must have Salesforce Certification Administrator certification (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
It Would Be Nice If You Had (Bonus, Optional):
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS for front-end customizations.
- Background in working with large datasets and data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.)
- Understanding of AI-powered Salesforce features like Einstein Analytics, Einstein ChatBot.
