About the Role: What We Do
As an ABAP Consultant, you'll be a key part of our technical team, helping to customize and build applications within the SAP system using the ABAP programming language. You will learn to write code, create custom reports, develop new functionalities, and integrate different systems. This is a great role for anyone who loves coding and wants to use their technical skills to help businesses become more efficient and data-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Custom Development: Assist senior developers in the design, development, and testing of custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEF).
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and bug fixing for existing ABAP programs and functionalities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with functional SAP consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including development specifications, test plans, and solution designs.
- Problem-Solving: Participate in the analysis and debugging of technical issues within the SAP system.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, including ABAP on HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5 development, and other modern SAP development tools.
Qualifications:
We are hiring for both fresher and intern positions.
- For Freshers:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- A strong academic background and foundational knowledge in programming concepts and languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python, etc.).
- Mandatory: Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required for working on regional projects and collaborating with international teams.
- Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL, Database concepts, Data Models, and Data Entities is a strong plus.
- A proactive, fast-learning mindset with a strong desire to build a long-term career in SAP technical consulting.
- For Interns:
- Currently a final-year student (in the last 6-9 months of study) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Available to work full-time (40 hours/week).
- A foundational understanding of programming concepts and languages.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
