The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
About the Team:
As part of the Seller Live and Video team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your own livestream and video initiatives. The team will work closely with Business Development teams to ensure performance is always at the required level. You will also work directly with sellers and various external departments such as Product, Operations, Production, Marketing teams, etc, to ensure the team can achieve intended results effectively.
Job Description:
- Manage and execute key Livestream & Video initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement structured project management frameworks, including planning, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of streamers, optimizing engagement and performance.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., session volume, seller participation, GMV, ROI) to drive improvements.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely financial processing as guided.
- Act as a key liaison between different teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Execute solutions related to optimizing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience
- Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above, smart and fast learning
- Has prior and solid experience in Account and Project Management; experience in Livestream, Business Development, or Marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and sensitivity to data, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Self-initiative and can-do attitude person.
- Professional English skills (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
