Senior Application Consultant - D365 (FO, BC,CRM)

• Consulting & Implementation
• Analyze business needs across functions: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehouse, etc.
• Design functional solutions using Dynamics 365 (FO, BC, or CRM).
• Configure systems, design forms/workflows/reports, and perform data mapping.
• Prepare FDDs, test cases, and user manuals.
• Project Involvement
• Participate in full project lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to manage quality, progress, and risks.
• Support data migration and system testing.
• Training & Support
• Conduct end-user training and system demos.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Support users during UAT and post-go-live phases.
• Internal Training & Mentorship
• Train and mentor new team members on business processes and Dynamics 365.
• Create onboarding/training plans.
• Share best practices and lessons learned with internal teams.
• System Optimization & Knowledge Updates
• Suggest system/process improvements.
• Stay current on Microsoft updates and assess relevance.
• Help develop internal standards and methodologies.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (FO/BC/CRM).
• Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, or customer service processes.
• Experience in coaching and team collaboration.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred (MB-300, MB-310, etc.).
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English (esp. for documentation and international communication).
