The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. About the Team:
Supply Chain & Order fulfillment squad is the Product team behind Shopee’s end-to-end order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and logistics solutions systems- ensuring every item gets to the buyer quickly and reliably.
Our work spans across inventory management, FBS (Fulfilled by Shopee), Instant Delivery, logistics expansion, and more. We design and drive scalable, tech-enabled operations that power millions of orders across the region.
We collaborate closely with Local business, regional product, and regional ops teams to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency at every step of the supply chain.

Job Description:
- Promptly address and prioritize product issues based on business impact; balance priorities among stakeholders effectively
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring critical business requirements are met and edge cases are thoroughly addressed
- Execute feature release checklists, create user guides, and develop educational content to ensure teams understand and adopt new features effectively
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear understanding and alignment across teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business users' inquiries about feature logic
- Implement product configuration changes based on business requests
- Proactively share ideas to enhance team processes, manage workloads efficiently, and contribute to team innovation
- Mentor junior team members and take ownership of tackling complex problems
- Lead and maintain team processes like issue management or feature management, ensuring quality and consistency
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in product operations, technical support, IT support or quality assurance related to Logistics Operation management, Supply Chain management, and Business transformation is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, can quickly assess and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication skills who can translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms (and vice versa)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Regional Product and business units
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience in QA methodologies, testing frameworks or automation tools
- Proficiency in writing and executing queries to support data analysis and troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented with a focus on thoroughness in addressing edge cases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proactive and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
