What you’ll bring
1. Domain requirements
a. At least 7 years of experience as automation engineer in steel industry.
b. Solid understanding about steel processing (hot rolling, cold rolling, process line). Experience with cold rolling is a plus.
2. Technical requirements
a. PLC programming: at least 5 years of experience with CodeSys platform PLC, or other PLC platforms (Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi,..).
b. SCADA programming: at least 3 years of experience with CodeSys platform SCADA, or other SCADA platforms (AVEVA, Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi,..).
c. Industrial protocols: EtherCAT, Profibus/Profinet, Modbus, OPC DA/UA.
3. Other requirements
a. English: good at read/write technical documents and English communication.
b. Responsibility and teamwork.
c. Willing to work under high pressure.
d. Willing to work onsite/abroad.
e. Team lead and/or project management experience is a plus.
